We discovered that the foul drain from the property above the school ran under the school building. Using CCTV we also identified that the drain was Pitch Fibre and was reaching the end of its useful life.

During dredging operations of Poole harbour in 1964, a log boat dating from about 300 years BC was discovered in the silt. The Poole log boat is one of the largest surviving prehistoric artefacts of its kind in the UK and was for many years preserved in a Sucrose solution.

Multiple problems were being experienced around the school due to tree roots. A full CCTV survey revealed the extent of the infestation and it was agreed that CIPP lining after root cutting would be the least disruptive option.

A heavily used foul drain taking waste from the hospital office facilities was found to have dropped by 50mm approximately 1metre upstream of the very deep manhole situated behind and under the steps at a depth of approximately 2 metres.
